For anyone curious, I used to shoot 3D archery for years and years.
Every once in a while a local club would have some Ironman shoots of 10 targets after the regular course. You got to carry one arrow and the shots were either ridiculously long, or brushy or something CRAZY! Highly recommended because its alot of fun.If you could find your/any arrow after a miss you got to keep on to the next target. Winner takes all pot.
Anyway one shoot we came up on a shot that really..REALLY threw alot of folks. From a lock- on about 3 ft off the ground you had to shoot a medium deer target. Problem was the deer was leaning back towards you and quartering away hard....roughly 2 yards away!!!!
No shite, this was back when I was shooting a stabilizer on the front of the bow that was around 3-3 1/2 feet long. When I drew back for my shot I had to back up in the stand and redraw because my stabilizer was hitting the target. Sights were absolutely useless.
Only way to shoot it was to draw and then lower your head down to literally sight down the arrow itself.BAZINGA.... 10 -ring just over the 12.

So now you all know how to make that 2 yd shot on a moose/deer/elk/squatch in the future.
