Just stating an opinion. Nothing on that film says 4.4. He looks like a 4.6 guy with good hips and good wiggle. If he ran a 4.4, he has a lot left in the tank that he's not using on the field. That could be a possibility as it looks like he's not going all out, almost walking into the end zone. Video says he weighs 160, needs 20 pounds minimum as well. Good 6'1" frame could easily add that and still look thin.

ETA: Bottom of video says 6'2" 180. Looks like he added those 20lbs. Shows that he's been working hard, good sign. Like I said, still looks thin even at that 180.

DJ ran a 4.46 laser at the Dallas NFTC. He ran a 4.2 hand time while we were at the Oklahoma State camp. And he was 176 back in April. Kid can fly bro!
