I never called it fine dining nor nice.
I get your point. Just don't understand how you're failing to see mine; that everyone says they're not a steak house yet they call themselves one. Whether they are, in reality, akin to a Ruth's, Morton's, et. al. it's obvious they are not. Just not sure what their marketing strategy is trying achieve.

Maybe they're advertising that they serve steaks. Much the same way that Outback calls themselves a steak house. I mean, I really had to think outside the box to come up with that.

That you're upset because their sign doesn't read "Shithole Fat City Dive Bar that Sells Cheap Steaks" instead of "Steakhouse"?
