Don't know why so many schools/people pull this shite when firing people.
It seems reactionary after a game and away from the school.
Sleep on it, telephone in morning, call into office, and explain why he's being fired on Monday.

Not a fan of Kiffin's - don't really know much about him.
But unless he was purposefully pulling illegal or inethical shite they just found out about, that is not a good way to do business.
They hire him - perhaps they should resign in protest of their own bad judgement.
You make a hire, you treat him professionally unless he goes off the ethical track. You don't embarrass him like thay just because he stinks.
Fire his arse in a professional way - happens all the time in businesses all across the land.

He told Tennessee early enrollees to not to go to class and offered scholarships to USC. That's a shitty way to leave a job right there.
