Get yourself some Old Bay seasoning and a cast iron skillet. This seasoning and cooking on the skillet vs baking is great for chicken/fish! I use this combo on frozen chicken breasts and tilapia filets all the time for a quick meal.

Thanks for all the advice guys. Looks like I need to take a trip to the store and stock up on some seasonings lol.
Yeah I was thinking about using a skillet as well but all I have is a pan right now. Maybe I'll get one in the near future.
