I live in Dallas now. A Friend of mine has had Cowgirls season tickets for many many years in the family. When they built the new stadium they got a letter saying of you want to keep buying those two tickets we are going to need a check to cover the PSL for $125,000! And somehow that is not included in this study? Those are pretty big number to overlook.

...but thats the new thing. You have to buy the license to the seats, and that gives you the rights to buy the individual game tickets. i guess this isnt so bad if its for any/all events at the stadium (anyone know?). Might come in handy come Supa-bowl and BCS title game time.
it should all be factored in.
