You probably need to start playing the missions that come up on your phone, or do races by yourself to get your RP up... they fixed all the glitches, so making tons of money is impossible at this point

i've won the few races i entered, and no one seems to be even close to me when i finish
i used to use the handbrake a lot in the older gta's, but i find myself rarely ever using it on this game, it seems unnecessary

Cant do that, but we can get a few of us in the same race lobby where we have a system of betting that will make us all cash
We had 3 of us the other night and made around 40k in 20 minutes or so.
