Whoa...., let's pump the brakes a bit. No question he is a very talented back, but right now saying he is in the top 2-3 is a bit premature when you consider that LSU has had some pretty damn good RBs in its history which includes:

An NFL HOFer (Jim Taylor)
A Heisman Trophy winner (Billy Cannon)
A CFB HOFer and Heisman finalist (Charles Alexander)
An All-American who is the the all time SEC leader in All Purpose Yards and 3rd all time in rushing yards (Kevin Faulk)

as mentioned, you are missing Dalton Hilliard and one other NFL HoF running back who played for the Tigers.

And, if we are talking about pure talent/potential, whither the Diesel?
