Actually, I originally thought that if you owned your land, as long as your name was on the deed, you could hunt without a license. However, I looked it up before posting and that only applies to RESIDENTS of MS. We own our own property over there, that's why I was curious.
On a second note, I would much rather pay the $400 to hunt MS than hunt here in LA all the time. Way more deer, bigger bucks, better genetics, etc. than where I'm used to hunting in LA, at least on our property.
