I think Yoda is the only comparison. Not that they talk the same, but they're both next level eloquence.

Hicks from Northern Ohio part of Ohio and Central and Southern Michigan talk like that, very slow and they enunciate every vowel and syylable, its painful and they talk slower than we do which isnt possible.
