It depends on who you ask...Red Sox fans call it YESPN, Yankee fans call it NESPN. SEC fans think ESPN hates them, non-SEC fans think they slobber all over the SEC. Saints fans think it's them because of bountygate, but ESPN had no problem covering them ad nauseum during their post Katrina success. So clearly the answer is they don't have one against anyone, they just jump on whatever bandwagon will get them the highest ratings, whether positive or negative.
