It was very good. That Panna Cotta dessert was really good.

This is crazy talk. It's a great dish. While you don't get my love for it, I don't get your hate for it. The people I've been with and discussed the dish with all love it.

It's a ragu, not a dish that needs an extremely delicate hand. It's suppose to be very flavorful and it succeeds at it's charge.
