All i know is this, i make 52,200 a year gross and my take home is 2900 a month. So if you think i can save 30,000 in one year, that means i would have 4,800 to spend the entire year on rent, food, etc. So i have 400 a month to spend on rent, food, gas and utilities. Seems realistic
