And what does that make Batman? The dude has to sleep, shower, and crap with kryptonite around his neck in case he has to cheat out a win. Why not be a real man and fight superman straight up? Oh right...he can't.
Supes wins. The writers giving Batman the win is the equivalent of giving the class retard an academic achievement award just to make him feel good. YAY!!! EVERYONE GETS A TROPHY!!!

Not really.
superman doesn't kill. He wouldn't laser batman thus they are at a bit of a stalemate unless superman is willing to kill which would be out if character.
