Too bad nations best coaching staff couldn't lure states best olineman from a La high school that's produced some of the best LSU tigers to ever suit up.

That sucks losing that kid.

You're a stud writer, Chris. You're like a young Glenn Guilbeau.

How Miles handled the Jefferson/Lee situation and BCS game, plus the multi-year struggles on offense, including redzone and clock management, has not gone unnoticed by some recruits.

The disappointing part is I believe Miles is turning the corner with the addition of Cam and you will see offensive players that are better prepared for the NFL.

same talking heads who once ridiculed Miles now admit LSU is college football’s “best-coached team.”
What talking heads have said this?

On LSU’s senior quarterback, he related the story about how Mettenberger, as a first year player, was inserted in the bowl game and he bootlegged the ball instead of handing it off to the tailback, drawing the full ire of Coach Les Miles. Sheridan said Miles told Mettenberger to turn in his uniform and pack his stuff—that he was no longer on the team, forcing him to cry and beg for his backup job back.

Say what? Mett's first year was 2011. We all know only JJ played in that game. The play that comes to mind was vs Ole Miss, where he bootlegged and alomst got in. Then LSU took a knee near the goal line. This story does not seem plausible.
