Is LSU going to have 2 kickoff guys on scholarship next year or are they planning on trotting out someone who has never kicked under pressure next year as the field goal kicker when they have a capable walk-on? After Colby D has a solid year, Gamble will be Dalton Botts'ed. I just don't know why they have to even get the kid's hopes up.

It shows me that the staff is placing more value on the kickoff than you are...or maybe more than the typical program does.

It's a similar issue with a deep snapper. This staff values that position highly.

Field position is worth a lot.
