Out of our current stock/roster of players (i.e. the 35 or so players that are called up every once in awhile) I would have said Castillo previously. But he's shown more his last few games.
I would make the argument for Edu, but it may not be that he's the worst so much that he offers so much less than the others at his position. Having trouble thinking of anyone I'd be as disappointed to see starting as him though.
Bornstein hasn't been called up in ages, has he? Not sure he qualifies as a USA player anymore?

It depends on what kind of answer you are looking for.
Out of the starting XI, probably either our second CB (Gonzo or JAB) or a full back assuming Fabian plays up at LW.
On the 23 man roster (guys on the WCQ roster), probably Castillo or maybe our 7th midfielder. Beckerman, Bedoya, whoever the hell it is.
On cap tied players in recent years, ask Sheep. I will say Alan Gordon because of Sheep.
Worst US player ever? Well, that is easy. Brek Shea, I just hate how he plays.
