Attended the game and here are a few thoughts...
-Sun Life was Sun Dead. For good reason since replacement players got most of the work.
-The Dolphins regurgitated the old Houston Oilers song of the 70's and made it their own. It was bad then and it is worse now. Now I'm going insane since I can't get that song out of my head.
-The only redeeming part of the game was the Dolphin cheerleaders. Amazing quality and quantity.
-RB Robinson was a bright spot. Toon looks great as a viable option for Brees this year. McCown was sharp in his brief stint on the field.
-Patrick Robinson looked lost in the short series he played. He was out of position and when his man makes the catch, he can't bring him down. Saw this all of last year. I see no improvement here.
-#46 Shipman and #52 Reddick were struggling mightily.
-Couldn't tell if the snap exhange was the QB or the Center's fault, but the Dolphins only got 3 points off of those turnovers. The D stepped up.
-The D-line looked pretty good to me overall. Coach Johnson doing a nice job there.
Glad the pre-season is finally over. Now let's kick some Dirty Bird arse!
