My thoughts exactly and a settlement doesn't really put them in the best position to win the next wave either

one thing about class action settlements is that they can protect you from this and give pretty good absolution

$765M is a great deal for the NFL, even though i think these suits are bullshite

$765 million is a solid deal for the NFL. If they let even one case be left up to a Judge, the NFL would be fricked.
