Lets' talk New England's young American stars: Agudelo, Fagundez, and Rowe

Juan Agudelo 20 year old Striker
Agudelo has 8 goals in his 13 MLS appearances this year, including 6 goals in 7 matches since moving to New England. Injuries have kept El Chosen Juan out of the lineup for most of the current season, but if he get and stay healthy, he'll be on the plane to brazil next year, especially if he can get on the pitch for Stoke city where he's already signed a contract for December.
rainbow flick golazo from a week ago
Classic Agudelo outside boot from this past weekend.
Diego Fagundez, 18 year old Winger
At 5'8" and 125 lbs Diego is a bit wispy. However, he makes up for this with speed, skill, and quickness. He has 8 goals and 6 assists in 22 appearances this year. Including some really nifty goals. He reminds me of a young Landon Donovan, not that I'm projecting that kind of talent on him, it just seems like he's the closest player from a stylistic perspective in the pool.
Diego carves through the Dynamo defense
Deigo on the break this past weekend
Kelyn Rowe, 21 year old CAM
Kelyn Rowe has been termed "Little Dempsey" He's 5'8" 150, which might keep him out of national team camps, but probably not if he keeps up current form. The midfielder has 5 goals and 6 assists from 17 starts in his second season. He has good vision and a powerful outside shot.
Second goal from outside the box this weekend
Beautiful curler from outside the box to bury the galaxy
Sets up Fagundez against the galaxy
Watch and discuss, figs.

Diegito needs to get his papers right so he can suit up for us one day soon.

I imagine it'll be 4 or 5 years unless Immigration legislation is passed.

I'm ok with it. I already admitted that Jozy is better than Juan, and Juan is doing pretty well for himself. In the prem by 20. What kind of negativity could BHO possibly bring?

Haven't we been down this Agudelo road before? He's a good young player but enough. He scored a highlight reel goal and now here his name is again in a thread title. Just enjoy him before he rots at stoke.

Fagundez is a joy to watch. Hopefully, his physical limitations don't hinder him. Beasley has made a fine career for himself at 5-5, 100 pounds, so it can be done.
I haven't really been that impressed by Rowe.
Agudelo, of course, is better than Altidore.

No Lenhart, No Care.
Look at those God-given hops and that finely coifed blonde fro.
My hypothesis about sending Lenny down to Panama to troll the Mexicans still stands.

Fagundez is the most exciting of the three, but as others have previously said. He's not American, yet.

and this threads most obvious exclusion is Paul Arriola of the Tijuana Xolos. Kid has insane amounts of talent, and is still only 18.
I'd already rate him above the three players in the OP, and he's of a younger age.
He's also an example as to why MLS academy system is busted. LA Galaxy youth product, that's stolen away by Liga MX, because the Galaxy can't compete in terms of wages.
NVM, I didn't read the title correctly, this is NE Revolution specific.

Fagundez came here at a very young age, younger than even Aguedelo and Stu Holden. Hopefully he can his citizenship soon, now that he has turned 18. I'm not sure why it would take 4-5 years for him.

He didn't apply for a green card immediately.

Juan didn't deserve his own thread, but I think that the young guys as a whole did. I can't see Juan being better than #3 at striker with the way Jozy and Aron have been playing. Still, I'm glad he's ours, and if he stays healthy He's going to be a valuable player for the nats.
