That's impressive, but not like my pepper and rub collection.... 
. I see commonalities in the collection, tho.
Penzey's is not cheap, but the 9000 and other two are worth the money in my book. I smoke and grind my own peppers now, but the PZ chipotle is an easy way to go for high quality.

have you used that galangal? I've never tried it .. how does it differ from ginger?
