I'm only 23 with a good back and the other day I hit a tee shot and fell to my knees because it tweaked my back weird.

I had back trouble after a hard foul while playing basketball.
I was playing baseball with my back trouble, and I tweaked it even worse during a swing, and I fell to the ground just like Tiger did.
That is how I can imagine how Tiger felt if he tweaked it, and those of you saying it doesn't happen just do not know what you are talking about.
