Bass Tackle Organization?

Just started fishing heavily this year, hoping to re-group for next year and hit it even harder.

I didnt start out with much tackle, but have acquired a little, and I am afraid half of it I will never use.

Before I jump into all that, I would like a way to individually organize my tackle (keep in mind this will be in a milk crate)

I am thinking of using the smaller Plano boxes (1 for spinnerbaits/buzzbaits) (1 for terminal tackle) (1 for crankbaits) (1 for topwater pop-r/frogs) (1 for jigs) (Binder for soft plastics)

After I figure this out, I need to be learned on sizes/weights of baits: I feel like my spinnerbaits are fricking obnoxiously sized.
