Grilling some chicken hips, couple thick cut pork chops, some sausage and yukon taters. And something with some kale. How do I do the kale? I was gonna treat it like some mustard greens unless advised otherwise.

A little olive oil, salt, pepper and bake until crispy like chips.

massage with evoo until desired tenderness. toss w/ salt & pepper, lemon juice and shaved parm. we don't put it in the oven in my house, I hate baked kale.
