Do you know anything about the case (or the kid for that matter) besides the fact that the kid's name is Jefferson?
Where were you around Mardi Gras when this first broke? Were you as outraged? Do you even know dick about the legal process and how it works?

I don't claim to know what happeneds but it's amazing how many "insider" sources whe have on this board. I'm supposed to believe you?
