i read that baseball sent him the draft of the letter to present to A-Rod's attorney to embarrass him on air... my thing is, does the attorney have a possible lawsuit against MLB and the Today Show for trying to ruin his reputation?

If this is true it shows incredible bad faith on the part of MLBs attorneys.
