the use of it, yes, but taxpayers paid for the car. he's paying to use services paid for by taxes. if a car is damaged or totaled during the escort, does lebron buy another one or do they buy another one with tax dollars?

true but lebron is a taxpayer. probably pays more taxes than 99% of the population.
