I was very pleased with Bovada's service. They processed it in a couple of days and the check was on my doorstep in under 2 weeks.

The problem with wiring is that a)the books prefer to use Central American wire destinations requiring you to b)lie to Western Union or Moneygram because they will ask you why you are wiring money (and gambling is not a good answer). If they give you a Philippines address it works. But I just use a throw-away visa card; wiring was too much hassle.
