BS...if they go to summer school they'll get their monthly
stipend (around $1,300) for at least 2 months and they can still knock out some credits. Say they get a summer
job @10 per hr for 10 weeks (if they're lucky) they're really not gonna come out much better...friends son who
played D1 only used about half his stipend every month
especially in summer school.
If you come from a poor family you get another 5k in pell grants on top of your stipend money.
