Amazing Duckie actually read the post and intelligently answered the question. It amazing how many post are unrelated to the question or just misunderstand the original post.
Bottom line
Saban and Miles different style recruiting
my comment about sky falling was meant to say that every time someone visit another school the board goes nuts with negatives and head bangers. Today a Tulane visit even gets attention. Ok i know I don't have to read the post. Oh but then I might miss something important. But if it's important it will get posted three or four more times a day as new post. I am retired so what else is there to do but Tiger football and politics and politics can get you in trouble with IRS ATF FBI and who know what other three letter government black helicopters are out there waiting and reading my post.

You really think I'm going to respond seriously to a thread that was started around a post I made in jest?

Just because you can't pick up on sarcasm doesn't mean the rest of the board has that issue. Stop complaining about the reaction to your stupid post and just realize you made a stupid post.

I see your inability to detect sarcasm is not limited to only my posts.

Saban is just more direct. I know I heard a recruit talking about his visit with Nick and he offered him on campus and basically told him take it or leave it right now. So if someone were to say he pressures recruits to commit early then I would tend to believe that just on what I've heard and judging the type of man that Nick is. He's all business he don't give a shite about you having your "moment" on tv. I respect him for that but if Les is successful with his style then I would prefer the "free to roam" style better.
