Thats the plan. I was going to use it to choke out the bad grass and then plant seeds in the spring, if necessary. Since you think the centipede looks fine, I wont choke it out.

Your planting fescue in spring?
That won't grow very good in BR. Will look great in the winter but suffer in the summer.
