Fine looking plate of food. My husband isn't a hunter, so I have never cooked deer. IWEI, for sure.

It's real similar to cooking beef. I would substitute it for any dish that calls for beef. Once you eat it a for a while you understand how bad grocery store ground beef is. I'm not saying that I don't like a good ribeye or fillet, but you get my drift.
