No you don't. In on the Killtaker came out in 1993, 20 years ago. And you still have Red Medicine, Instrument, End Hits, and the Argument (which cam out in 2001).

Admittedly, you lose Repeater and 13 Songs, but they were still outstanding even on their last album. And go check out the Evens. MacKaye might be 50, but he's still got it.

Oh, and I don't know who said they don't consider Fugazi punk, but if Fugazi isn't punk, there is no such thing as punk rock. They are one of the defining bands of American punk, particularly their DIY ethic.
