So I know I am a little late to the game, but I picked up a 6 pack of Shiner Family Reunion and one of the beers I really enjoyed was the Prickly Pear. After a bit of research I see it was brewed only last year and is only available in the Reunion 6 packs. The question I have, does anyone know if there is a way to get a decent supply of this particular beer, or can someone recommend something that may be similar that I can enjoy whenever I want. Thanks for the help.

Edited Typo.

is that the Kolsch? Has a horned lizard on it?

If so, St. Andrews Lawnmower is comparable.

I do think it's hilarious how much things got out of hand. But I do still want someone to tell me where I can find an equivalent (bear) BEER

Where do you live? It seems to be a pear beer. I don't know of any other popular pear beers. Not really a popular type of brew. There are several other fruit beers out there.

Prickly Pear is not the same as a pear. The Prickly pear cactus puts on a sort of fruit which is edible. Mexicans eat it all the time. You can also eat the cactus itself.

I have a Prickly Pear growing on the side of my house and I've thought about brewing a bear with fruit.
