TAM should really consider not playing him until they figure out what exactly has transpired since his last game. They don't need major infractions in their first few years of SEC pla

What does A&M risk by playing him? Forfeiting wins?

Correct me if I'm wrong but unless the NCAA can establish a link btw Manziel and a coach/booster they can't punish A&M on the current allegations right?

And if they can establish said link then the damage is already done.

They have to prove this happened. The burden of proof lies with the NCAA.

Forfeit games, loss of scholarships, loss of bowl legibility, etc ala Ohio State with the athletes selling memorabilia and profiting off of it. If they know he's guilty of NCAA violations, they have a responsibility to report it and deal with the consequences. I'm not an expert by any means, but one can never predict what the NCAA will do. All I'm saying is that they are now in the premier conference and have the best future in college football in the football factory of America. They're not risking their future for a prick that doesn't even want to attend class on campus.

What was the connection between a coach/booster in the Reggie Bush case?

A&M is fine, since he never played in a game since the violation occurred & they had no involvement in the violation.
