I find the L version the perfect balance. I prefer it to the regular and when I go to the range, I have to leave it at home if I want to shoot other guns because if I start, before I realize I have shot a few hundred rounds through it.

I carry a P30 on duty in V3 cocked and locked and love it. But then again I am coming from a 1911 so it's a natural setup for me. My buddy has the LEM trigger in his am he loves that setup so I think it's just personal preference. Good gun though. Good luck finding extra mags though.
