Just to name a few.
I'd actually say that HC is on the rise. The new location/facilities is really helping out. They've got some 2015 talent as well.
Also, Mandeville is a program that needs to be mentioned.

I see a few good athletes but nothing they didn't have pre Katrina. And their facilities are amazing but doesn't mean anything. They will still struggle to beat out other area schools for talent. They are behind on enrollment too.
