it'll cost too much to remove all the asbestos

i still say they should do it. turn it into a hotel during football season. they'd make their money back in no time

they will eventually do it, yes, but I think we'll see Alex Box expands its suites to right and left field, hopefully implement all chairbacks, and a major overhaul of the PMAC before we invest in a luxury hotel inside TS

i can tell your degree isn't in business administration. no way in hell a hotel that books for about 15% of the year does anything but lose money. ok, it may book some out of football season but not much. traveling business man and tourists would find it very inconvenient. of course, a marketing survey would be more revealing but i would be extremely skeptical that spending the money to remove the asbestos, remodel and add the amenities demanded by the traveling public today could even appoach a break even point. it would be cool but i doubt anything will ever be done about the old rooms. they weren't even air conditioned.
