2008 -2011 (first half) - ~3.5 years at the time the Music Board was confirmed.
2010 - present - ~3.5 years.

The traffic on this site more than trippled in that time so I would expect the requests for a tech board to be signifigantly higher than the requests for the music board in the same time frame.
...but it didn't and that means there is less demand for a tech board per capita than for the music board.
