I said that this was told to me directly by Scobel. Obviously he told me the story from a perspective of that Brumfield was supposed to eligible as a sophomore. Now think about it that way and it answers all of your questions. It is OK to think outside of the box.

Covington and St. Paul's have the same attendance zone (although, St. Paul's isn't confined to that zone, since it is private).
