I agree. These preseason lists are a joke.
If the best WR in the country at the end of the season was not on this "watch" list does it affect his chances?
I'm assuming they add and drop guys once the games actually start. Then again NCAA football rarely does anything logically.

Yea, I'm Pretty sure you can win the award even if you're not on the watch list.

I don't think Johnny Manziel was on any watch lists.
