If its a small one year contract I just don't see how anyone could complain about this move
If it doesn't work out then we don't have any cap space for 12 months on a team that we already probably weren't signing anyone else
And if it happens then Lance Thomas loses a bench spot
I'm trying to see the drawbacks to this move and I don't get it
The absolute worst thing that happens is he blows his knee out before he plays a minute and we lost a 2-3 million dollar bet and one roster spot for one season

Lance Thomas was a beast last night in summer league play. As much of a beast as you can be with the athleticism he was born with.

You know I gotsta give you a hard time Chad. But you're on the same side as Student here and that makes me wonder about your mental health.
I think most besides Jester are fine with this. I don't think anyone wants to lose Miller, Rivers or Smith on a gamble.
Sounds to me like it's more than a one year contract.
If this is the case and we lose Thomas, I'm ok with it. If we have to S&T someone else. I won't be so happy.
