This. Hell, in Clarendon they have flown rice in when too wet.

In the last 3-4 weeks I've driven over to Heber Springs, AR on HWY 64. It cuts right through some of the most fertile land in AR and there are field after field over there that the rice looks great in. As a matter of fact the rice looks better than any of the other crops.
