I don't dry fire weapons. If I pull the trigger I expect it to fire.

My uncle (90 years old) was hunting and it started to rain so he put his shotgun in his slicker.

He basically blew off his foot. He had to hike out to his truck and drive home (1992 per cell phone). They ended up amputating from just below the left knee.
