Legal opinion on Jeremy Hill

If there is an attorney that reads this message board (preferably a criminal lawyer), can you please give your legal opinion on the outcome of Jeremy Hill's hearing on Friday?
I realize he could face jail time, but realistically can't he just rebond out of jail and continue his probation where it left off if his probation is revoked?
Thanks!

Well I guess if you believe you have a strong opinion on the outcome, have at it!

in my experience as a probationer and having violated probation...both times and multiple times....i see no possible way the judge puts him in jail for this, especially this judge.

I never once mentioned buying anything. No I'm saying if the judge is a hard arse it's the worst possible scenario.

I agree he won't get jail time, but it can still be revoked without that. So, once again, my question is can't he just rebond out of jail and continue where he left off?

I think he's asking if the original probation can be revoked, then he could start an entirely new probation with terms based on both offenses and avoid jail time.
The answer is "Yes, if his lawyer is worth a damn.".

the judge already altered his probation a couple of months ago

There will only be law students coming into this thread asserting their "legal knowledge" on the subject, when in reality, they will only expose themselves as knowing nothing and just look like assholes while doing it.

No. If his probation is revoked, then he can't just bond out of jail and continue serving the probabtion that was just revoked. If the judge rules to revoke his probation, then he would start serving his prison sentence for the previous crime, with his charge for simple battery still pending
