this is the perfect year to suck and maybe even get a top 3 pick in the draft. Without Pau, Kobe, and Howard the Lakers will be terrible
It feels like the team is trying to pick up parts and will allow Kobe to come back too quick this year... none of this makes any sense if their goal is to compete for a championship in 2014-2016

Lakers are above tanking. Outside of Magic and Kobe we've never drafted our way into a new era
