I'm typically non confrontational.
Partially because I've rarely had a circumstance that required it, I have have not yet regretted taking a course of action that would allow them to hang in their own nooses rather than burning potential bridges.
But if that had happened to me, I can't begin to imagine the hell I would raise after being given that insult in the midst of my grief.

I actually had a hospital bill from when my son was born that was around $1200. we were paying so much a month on a payment plan when the hospital sent it to a collection agency without telling us. I went in to pay the bill and they said oh we sent it to a collection agency.
I was pissed and didn't pay another cent and after a few years it came off my credit history.
