Gordon could be what Indiana needs to make the next step, so they may be willing to eat the contract. Granger fills a need and comes off the books along with 7m for AFA and Smiht. That would give us plenty of fire power for next year's FA Class.

Smiht is our most tenured player in the organization and a leader. He will probably anchoring the middle.
