Some succeed despite their measurables.
Manti Teo ran a 4.8 and contended for the Heismann.
In my view, FWIW, he could only do that at ND.
He would not have done as well in the SEC, either, contending with that speed.
Garrett's overall SPARQ scores were in the bottom half of those published at The Opening.
His non measurables, instinct, intelligence, work ethic, etc must be all off the charts put him at the very top.
Memphis seems to think they are.
I don't have anything on those data points.
