Hmmm, I'd like to try and replicate those at home.

I literally just made some last night minus the truffle oil because I'd probably get stabbed asking for truffle oil in Chalmette.

Anyway, just melted some butter and then sautéed some fresh garlic and whites of the green onion. Tossed in a heaping handful of blue cheese and a small amount of whole milk to get the proper consistency. Drizzled over some homemade chips then topped with crumbles and green onion. 'twas delicious.
